NJ MAB provides HazMat and Fire Fighter rehab

The New Jersey EMS Task Force MAB-2 was on scene of a Hazardous Materials release at Toll Compaction in Neptune Township yesterday. The MAB provided rehab support to the HazMat team and firefighters who had to deal with a fire caused by the unintentional disposal of reactive materials into a garbage compactor attached to the structure. Firefighters and HazMat Team members worked on scene for approximately 4 hours to remediate the situation.
